On the Workspace page, open Settings and go to Inboxes. On the right, you’ll see a record that includes the word Website—that’s your website chat widget. Click the settings icon on the right of that record to configure it.
On the widget settings page, you can update the widget details. On the right, you’ll see Preview and Script tabs. Switch to the Script tab, click Copy, and copy the code used to deploy the widget.
Paste that code into your marketing website. We recommend placing it near the top of the page body. If you want the widget on multiple pages, paste the code into a sitewide nav, header, or footer module so you can reuse it everywhere.
Here’s a WordPress example: install the Code Snippets plugin, open its Header and Footer page, paste the code into Header, Body, or Footer, then save. Refresh a marketing page that includes the widget, and you should see it on the page.
